Rumours of a potential love triangle involving Lewis Hamilton, Colombian songstress Shakira, and Hollywood actor Tom Cruise have been circulating.
The 38-year-old British racing driver has been seen frequently with the 46-year-old Colombian star since her separation from former partner Gerard Piqué last year.
Hamilton and Shakira have been spotted enjoying boat trips with friends in Miami and even shared a meal together in Barcelona following Lewis’s second-place finish at the Spanish Grand Prix last week.
However, reports suggest that action star Tom Cruise, 60, had his ego bruised after Shakira seemingly rejected his advances to spend time globetrotting with Hamilton.

Sources revealed to The Mirror that Cruise believed he and the singer had “incredible chemistry” and assumed they would be dating in no time.
Another insider told Radar Online that it was a blow to Cruise’s ego, especially since he considered Hamilton a friend. Despite these claims, Shakira reportedly finds the rumours amusing and has no intentions of pursuing a romantic relationship with Cruise.
The speculation reached its peak when the pair were photographed together at a recent Formula 1 event, leading sources to suggest that Cruise was highly interested in pursuing Shakira.
However, an insider clarified that Shakira had a great time with Cruise at the F1 event but has no interest in dating him or anyone else at the moment.
Following her 11-year relationship with Gerard Piqué, which ended in June, the singer is taking a break from dating and focusing on her children and career.
Shakira, whose full name is Shakira Isabel Mebarak Ripoll, parted ways with Gerard last summer amid allegations of infidelity.
After the pictures of her and Cruise surfaced, a source informed Page Six that Cruise sent flowers to the singer, expressing his interest.
However, Shakira sees the situation as nothing more than a friendly encounter and finds the rumors amusing.
The Hollywood veteran has three children: Isabella and Connor with ex-wife Nicole Kidman, and Suri with ex-wife Katie Holmes.
Shakira, on the other hand, has two children, Milan and Sasha, with Gerard.
Earlier this month, Shakira spoke emotionally about relationships following her painful breakup.
