Lando Norris is one of the most exciting prospects in Formula 1 at the moment, with the 23-year-old recording an impressive best of the rest finish in 2022.
The Brit is still waiting on his first win in Formula 1 but was the only driver outside of Mercedes, Red Bull and Ferrari to score a podium last year, coming at Imola.
Away from the track, Norris is equally entertaining, with his jovial and somewhat childish personality making him a fan favourite, especially when paired with jokers such as Daniel Ricciardo and Carlos Sainz.
In a recent interview with The Strategist, Norris has listed a number of items that he cannot live without, with some being slightly more bizarre than others.

One of the things that Norris has said is essential to his day to day life is ‘Trident Original Sugar-Free Gum’, which helps him stay calm and relaxed.
“I’m a fidgety guy,” he said. “I can’t sit still for very long.
“A lot of the stuff on my list are things that keep me relaxed, including my chewing gum. I always have to have it on me.
“Sometimes I’ll go for strawberry or tropical flavours, but I mainly stick with mint. It helps me stay calm, and it keeps my breath fresh at the same time.”
The strangest thing on the McLaren driver’s list is definitely a Capri Sun Tropical Punch drink, something that you would not expect to be essential to a Formula 1 driver’s life.
“I love my Capri Suns. They bring back memories. When I was a kid, we used to travel a lot, and I remember me and my brother always had pizza and Capri Sun for dinner,” he explained.
“Maybe it wasn’t the best thing at the time, but I loved it. I can’t have it for dinner every night anymore, but it’s one of those things I had as a kid that I don’t want to let go of.

“My fridge is normally full of them, and my friends love it. They raid my fridge and by the time everyone leaves, they’re usually gone. I really love them during the summer. I freeze them and turn them into a little ice lolly.”
Whatever you may think about Lando Norris’ off-track loves, it is certainly working for the Brit who has been tipped to become an F1 world champion in the future.
Norris has put his faith in McLaren by signing a long-term contract with the team and CEO Zak Brown has explained that he is confident of achieving title success with Norris within the next few seasons.
