The woman involved in the allegations against Red Bull team principal Christian Horner is set to undergo further questioning this week as part of her appeal.
Earlier this year, Horner, married to former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell, was exonerated after an accusation by a Red Bull employee of inappropriate behavior surfaced.
Despite the clearance, the employee has been suspended but continues to receive full pay and is appealing the decision.
An independent barrister has been appointed anew to manage the appeal, which will include re-interviewing the complainant before the upcoming Chinese Grand Prix, reports The Sun.

“The suspension allegedly stemmed from claims of dishonesty during the initial investigation, though those close to her describe her as “very upset, angry, scared, intimidated and lonely.”
This issue has cast a shadow over the F1 season, intensified by leaked texts and images allegedly linked to the investigation.
Rumors have also circulated that Max Verstappen, the current champion, might leave Red Bull due to the controversy.
A source within F1 expressed a desire to conclude the appeal quickly, stating, “No one wants this to drag on any longer than it needs to.
“They don’t want to do anything that compromises the process but when it’s done, the gloves are off.”
Horner has denied all allegations, which describe his management style as “strict and controlling.” He expressed shock and disturbance over the claims.
Geri Halliwell has been reportedly very emotional but remains supportive of her husband despite potential reputational damage.
During the investigation, an independent lawyer delivered a comprehensive 150-page report to Red Bull.
Following this, Horner was cleared just before the new F1 season began, with Red Bull confirming the dismissal of the grievance and acknowledging the complainant’s right to appeal.
Leaked communications between Horner and the employee were reported by the Metro, though specifics were not disclosed.
Further, Horner has had discussions with the CEO of F1 and the president of the FIA after the leaks, which reportedly left Halliwell “stunned and humiliated.”
“Jos Verstappen, father of Max Verstappen, has publicly called for Horner’s dismissal, claiming that the team could “explode” if he remained.
This comment came amidst a heated exchange at the Bahrain Grand Prix, fueling speculation about Max’s future with Red Bull.
The tension within the Red Bull team is high, but Horner insists on unity and focus on racing.

The suspended employee, in addition to appealing within the team, has filed a complaint against Horner with the FIA.
If her internal appeal fails, she may consider taking her case to an employment tribunal, potentially making the details public.
As F1 returns to Shanghai for the first time since 2019, amid the ongoing pandemic and marking the season’s first Sprint weekend, Verstappen and teammate Sergio Perez lead the driver’s championship, with Red Bull leading the constructor’s standings.
