Watch: T-Rex Max Verstappen responds to being mocked online

Max Verstappen is often streaming sim racing when not competing in Formula 1 with Red Bull.

Reigning World Champion Max Verstappen is without a shadow of a doubt an unbelievable racing driver, with the Dutchman already being ranked as one of the greatest Formula 1 drivers of all-time.

Given that he’s a two-time World Champion at just 25 years old, it’s easy to see why he’s rated so highly, with him also being sixth on the all-time winners list following his 38th career win recently at the Miami Grand Prix.

If all of that wasn’t enough for the Dutchman, he also leads the Drivers’ Championship ahead of the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, with him currently boasting a 14-point advantage over team-mate Sergio Perez.

When it comes to racing, there is seemingly nothing the Red Bull driver can’t do, with him seemingly being just as talented when it comes to sim racing.

Verstappen has won several of the most prestigious sim racing events over the years whilst competing for Team Redline, most of which he’s streamed.

The Dutch driver will often stream his sim racing sessions, where his partner’s daughter is often seen trying to show Verstappen affection.

His viewers usually love it when Kelly Piquet’s daughter brings out a completely different side of Verstappen, with him often only being seen as an imperious winner.

When streaming, Verstappen is almost a completely different person to what he’s like in the cockpit, with him showing a real laidback mentality.

He also takes jokes incredibly well when streaming, even when his viewers are making fun of him.

As talented as he is, the Dutchman interestingly can’t type quickly, something he showed unintentionally during a recent stream.

Verstappen was teased by his viewers for typing “like a T-Rex”, something the Dutchman saw the funny side of.

In his stream, Verstappen began typing with just two fingers, before the comments section on his stream started to fill with viewers laughing about his interesting typing approach.

One viewer commented: “T-Rex hands Max Verstappen at it again.”

Another said: “Max typing kills me every time.”

Verstappen saw the funny side of the comments, with the person he was streaming with having also laughed at the T-Rex comparison.

“Hey be nice, don’t say I’m typing like a T-Rex,” joked Verstappen after reading some of the comments.
