Ahead of this weekend’s United States Grand Prix, Red Bull have unveiled their second one-off special livery of the season, as part of their fan competition.
At the start of the 2023 campaign during the launch in New York of the RB19, Red Bull announced the ‘Make Your Mark’ initiative, to allow fans to design their livery for each of the three American rounds this year.
With that in mind, they’ve unveiled the winning design for this weekend’s trip to the Circuit of the Americas (COTA), which consists of the colours which feature on the American flag and the Texan flag.
A red, white and blue design will feature along the sides of the RB19, with stars having also been incorporated.

The sides of the rear wing will also feature the Texan flag.
Red Bull showed images of the winning design on social media, whilst team principal Christian Horner also posted the new one-off livery on Instagram.
“It’s not every day we release a one-off livery, so it’s even more special that it’s designed by our fans. Our Austin livery will be fitting to see on the grid this #USGP weekend!” Horner wrote alongside the post.
“Our hunger for winning continues for the remainder of the season, so hopefully this livery will be as in Miami, which saw Max and Checo finish on the top two steps of the podium.
“Congratulations to Franco, our winning livery designer. We’ll be sure to show Franco some strong southern hospitality with us trackside this weekend and I’m fascinated to see what our fans come up with for the final US race in Las Vegas.”

Red Bull head into this weekend looking for their 17th win of the season, whilst newly crowned three-time World Champion Max Verstappen is on the hunt for his third consecutive win at COTA and his 15th of the campaign.
If Verstappen wins this weekend – which also consists of a sprint race – then he’ll match his 2022 record for most wins in a single season, he’ll also eclipse another of the records he holds for most points scored in a year.
As for Sergio Perez, he’s in desperate need of a good result to reduce the threat of Lewis Hamilton, who sits just 30 points behind in the fight for second in the Drivers’ Championship.
