Max Verstappen's current Red Bull contract is worth a reported £45 million per year.

Reigning World Champion Max Verstappen has certainly done exceptionally well for himself since making his Formula 1 debut in 2015, with the Dutchman having gone on to claim two world titles and 38 race wins.

Verstappen is an ‘alien’ of the racing world, with his talent being amongst the very best to have ever raced in F1.

To no surprise, being as talented and as successful as Verstappen has come with its bonuses, his being a hefty one!

The 25-year-old is currently the highest paid driver in F1 and is reportedly raking in £45 million a year at Red Bull, excluding any performance-based bonuses.

This contract is set to run until the end of 2028, by at which point the double World Champion could quite walkway from the pinnacle of motorsport and certainly enjoy a financially comfortable life.

Earning his substantial amount has fuelled a lavish lifestyle for the Dutchman, with him currently living in a house in Monaco worth £13.4 million, although, according to Crash.net, he rents the property.

To no surprise, the Dutchman also boasts a sizeable car collection, with his most expensive vehicle being his Aston Martin Valkyrie hypercar, which is valued at $2.7 million.

Verstappen owns four Aston Martins in total, two Renaults, two Ferraris – including a $1.8 million Ferrari Monza SP2 – a Porsche, and a Mercedes-Benz AMG.

His overall car collection is reportedly worth a staggering $6.4 million, which is more than Fernando Alonso supposedly earns at Aston Martin (earns $5 million according to RacingNews365.com).

As well as clearly being a fan of cars, Verstappen is also a lover of virtual ones, with the Dutchman being a keen sim racing driver.

Verstappen is often seen streaming his iRacing sessions when competing for Team Redline, in a simulator worth a reported $35,000.

Despite all of this, his most expensive purchase to-date is his private jet, which he bought in 2020.

The Red Bull driver supposedly purchased his private jet from Richard Branson, the founder of the Virgin Group.

It’s believed that he bought the Dassault Falcon 900EX jet from Virgin Galactic for a mouth-watering $15 million, whilst it costs $1 million a year in upkeep.
