Lewis Hamilton spotted in $5,000 Gucci outfit

Mercedes has struggled to compete since the new regulations came into effect last season, finding themselves off the pace of the dominant Red Bulls.

Lewis Hamilton took a break from the on-track action to party at Coachella, looking stylish in a £3,900 Gucci outfit.

The seven-time world champion will have been looking for a moment of relief from the trouble that his team has had, finding its form in the new era of Formula 1.

With the Mercedes off the pace last year, Hamilton recorded his first winless season in Formula 1, which will surely have left the Brit disappointed and hungrier than ever to get back on top.

However, the start of the 2023 has still been tricky for Hamilton, as he has been outqualified by his teammate in all three races so far and was unable to hold back Max Verstappen’s Red Bull around the Albert Park Circuit in Australia.

With the extended break in April giving teams and drivers a chance to reset before the first sprint race on the calendar around Baku, Hamilton donned the designer outfit, complete with his jewellery and sunglasses to head to the desert party.

Known as much for his eye-catching outfits as he is for his skills behind the wheel, Hamilton paired the Gucci gear with a yellow shirt and tropical orange trousers.
