Both Racing Point drivers suffered collisions in the Portuguese Grand Prix which adversely impacted their races.
Sergio Perez was spun around by Max Verstappen on the opening lap but recovered to a solid points finish, while Lance Stroll had a crash with McLaren driver Lando Norris later in the race at turn one.

The Canadian’s car was damaged and the team later decided to retire him, as a points finish looked very unlikely.
Stroll had a similar coming together at turn one with Max Verstappen in Free Practice Two, which infuriated the Dutch star.
Lando Norris also suffered damage as a result of the incident in the race and was forced to immediately pit.
After the Portuguese GP, Norris hit out at Stroll for compromising both of their races:
“I don’t know what he was doing really. He went to the left, which I was quite surprised by when he could have very easily could have gone to the inside.
“I was easily halfway alongside and he just turns in. He obviously didn’t learn from Friday, but he doesn’t seem to learn from anything he does.
“It happens a lot with him so I just need to make sure I stay away next time,” Norris added.
Stroll was adjudged to be at fault and was handed a five-second time penalty by the stewards.
The Canadian expressed his disappointment with the outcome of the race, especially as the Racing Point RP20 had good pace around the Algarve International Circuit.
“He [Norris] was kind of in the middle of the track, I wasn’t sure if he was going to go to the inside or stay on the line. It was very awkward,” Stroll said.
“I had to make a split second decision, and I was on the outside over the kerb, and from there, I kinda turned into the corner, it wasn’t enough room for both of us. So that was that.
“It is a shame our race ended like that, we were really in a good position to score some good points. A tough result to swallow,” he added.
