Veteran F1 driver Kimi Raikkonen has activated an option in his contract which will see him stay with Alfa Romeo for at least another season, according to The Race.
Specifically, the publication has reported that Raikkonen activated this option a fortnight ago at the Russian Grand Prix.

A few other media outlets have also cited sources as saying that the Finn will stay with Alfa Romeo for the 2021 season, but, speaking ahead of this weekend’s Eifel Grand Prix, Raikkonen said a decision is yet to be taken.
“I don’t know what will happen, I haven’t signed anything yet and it still hasn’t been decided,” Raikkonen told Sky Sports.
“First that needs to be decided. It’s nothing to do with me who’s driving the other car, so we’ll see,” he added amid speculation that Mick Schumacher is likely to be his team-mate next year.
The upcoming Eifel GP at the Nurburgring will see Raikkonen make his 323rd grand prix start to set yet another record in Formula One – and his fans will be hoping to soon get confirmation of his intention to remain in the sport.
