The Haas F1 Team triggered a fresh barrage of criticism on Christmas Day after it shared a post wishing its followers and fans a Merry Christmas.
While the tweet was in no way controversial, countless F1 fans reacted to it with fury as they continue to campaign for the team to fire Nikita Mazepin following his groping of an Instagram model in Dubai earlier this month.

Many users continued to spread the WeSayNoToMazepin hashtag, while others told Haas to stay away from social media until they do what’s right and fire Mazepin.
However, some people simply wished Haas a Merry Christmas and urged the others to stop bombarding the team’s social media accounts with hate.
The Haas F1 Team found itself in hot water after Nikita Mazepin, a Russian racing driver who recently signed with the team, groped an Instagram model in the UAE and posted the video onto social media.
Haas quickly condemned the “abhorrent” incident but later reiterated that he will still be driving for them next year, alongside Mick Schumacher.
