Formula One Launches New Range Of Luxury Perfumes

Formula One previously launched a line of luxury fragrances at the 2019 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

Formula One has launched a new range of luxury perfumes – the F1 Fragrances Engineered Collection – created via an exclusive partnership with Designer Parfums.

The collection is made up of five luxury scents which are “designed to take fans on a sensory journey through a thrilling race, fuses next generation ingredients with classic materials – resulting in innovative, daring perfumes.”

In a press release, Formula One said: “Inspired by the passion, advanced technology, and glamour of Formula 1, each fragrance exudes its own story about courage, performance, determination, fearlessness and victory.

“As a world first in the fragrance industry, the unisex, F1 Fragrances Engineered Collection has been designed using the latest digital light synthesis 3D printing technology.”

One of the perfumes, ”Precious Mettle”, is a “fresh, intense, woody fragrance with a metallic twist that represents the courageousness required from drivers as they line up on the grid.”

Another perfume which forms part of the collection is called “Turn 1”,  and Formula One has described it as “an avantgarde composition, with inimitable accords of burning rubber and rain on salty asphalt, honouring the performance Formula 1 and Designer Parfums launch luxury F1 Fragrances Engineered Collection Date 09/11/20 and determination of powering through the first corner.”

All five fragrances are sold in in a 75ml metallised flask with the 3D Printed Exoskeleton and cost £195 (or $250) each.
