Aston Martin’s Fernando Alonso has been flying high on the racetrack since the 2023 season kicked off in Bahrain, grabbing his first podium since Qatar 2021.
Capturing the hearts of fans with his passion for the sport on full display, Alonso has been showing he’s enjoying life on the track and behind the scenes with his cheeky antics.
Ahead of the 2023 Australian Grand Prix, Alonso posted a hilarious upside-photo of himself as Formula 1 travels down-under.
Even the Formula One social media team got in on the action with their own video of the two-time world champion.

The Spaniard could secure three consecutive podiums for the first time since the 2013 season, where he eventually finished runner-up behind Sebastian Vettel.
If Alonso’s teammate Lance Stroll can score points after his frustrating DNF in Saudi Arabia, Aston Martin might be able to solidify their second place position in the Constructors’ Standings, pulling away from Mercedes.
Currently, the Silverstone and Brackley-based teams are tied on 38 points, trailing behind Red Bull’s strong 87 points haul.
