Bottas’ butt photo ‘one of the best’ Hamilton has ever seen

Sir Lewis Hamilton has revealed that he would be interested in buying some of Valtteri Bottas' homemade artwork for charity.

Former team-mates Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas have always appeared to share a great relationship, however, this friendship has taken a further step after Hamilton dramatically revealed what he’d like to purchase.

The former Mercedes F1 Team duo won five constructors’ championships together, making them one of the most decorated partnerships in the sport’s history.

Since Bottas’ move to the Alfa Romeo F1 Team, the pair have remained good friends and continue to often travel together.

The Finnish driver revealed more about the pair’s friendship in a recent interview with People.com.

“It’s been nice. It was pretty natural. After the race in Bahrain, I drove past him on the in-lap and I heard he was on the podium, so I gave him a thumbs-up and he did the same,” said Bottas.

“We actually flew together after the race to Dubai, and we flew from Dubai to Saudi Arabia. So we are still sharing flights. In a way, nothing has changed.

“We are not team-mates but still mates. It’s nice. We have a good relationship in a way. We did achieve quite a bit of things together as team-mates. I think that kind of friendship will for sure last too.”

Their friendship looks to be going from strength to strength, after Hamilton told Sky Sports ahead of the Spanish Grand Prix what he’s currently interested in buying.

The seven-time World Champion revealed that for charity, he would love to buy some of Bottas’ famous new ‘artwork’.

The ‘artwork’ in question is famous for a rather homegrown reason.

Following his seventh-place finish at the Miami Grand Prix, the Alfa Romeo driver jetted off to Colorado.

Whilst in Colorado, the Finn who became popular for his spa scene in ‘Drive to Survive’, posted a photo of himself skinny-dipping in a stream.

Following his dip, Bottas informed his followers that for charity he would be selling prints of the ‘artwork’.

Hamilton was in New York when he became aware of the “great photo”, which he would like to buy for charity.

“I would, yeah, for charity, for sure,” he told Sky Sports.

“I didn’t even know it was up for sale but I think it’s a great photo. It’s one of the best photos I’ve seen, actually.”
