Ferrari F1 legend Jean Alesi has married his partner Ania in a beautiful ceremony held in Italy ahead of the 2026 Italian Grand Prix.

The wedding took place in Marina del Cantone on the Sorrentine Peninsula, according to Italian media outlet Corriere Della Sera.

The ceremony was described as intimate, with around 100 guests in attendance to celebrate the occasion with the former Ferrari driver.

Among those present was fellow French F1 legend and Ferrari icon Alain Prost, making it a star-studded affair despite the reportedly intimate setting.

The stunning coastal location provided a picturesque sea backdrop before Alesi, his new wife, and their guests headed off to enjoy lunch at a historic restaurant.

Alesi took to Instagram following the ceremony to share a photo of himself and his bride, simply captioning the image with one word: “Love.”

Days after the ceremony, the former Ferrari star posted another picture alongside his wife, both smiling broadly as they posed on a vintage Rolls-Royce with drinks in hand.

Alesi made his Formula 1 debut back in 1989 with Tyrrell before joining Ferrari in 1991, where he would compete for the next five seasons and cement his legendary status with the Tifosi.

He claimed just one race victory during his F1 career, but 15 podiums and an electrifying, passionate driving style more than earned him his place in the sport’s history books.

After leaving Ferrari, Alesi went on to race for Benetton, Sauber, Prost, and Jordan before eventually retiring from the sport at the end of the 2001 season.

Despite stepping away from racing, Alesi has remained a familiar and beloved face in the Formula 1 paddock over the years, frequently attending grands prix as a guest.

Whether the newlywed will be present at Monza this weekend remains to be seen, as the honeymoon may well be taking priority over the Italian Grand Prix festivities.
